News Turkey seeks more overland pipelines to mitigate risks of spillage in Bosphorus

Turkish Energy Minister Taner Yildiz expressed the Government's concerns over risk of oil-spillage in the Bosphorus Straits, and encouraged overland piplines (Samsun-Ceyhan and Burgas-Alexandropoulis) to reduce this threat.
