News Research on ethanol production in Armenia

A study, financed  by the World Bank and carried out via the Renewable Resources and Energy Efficiency Fund of Armenia, has examined the potential for production of ethanol in Armenia, as an alternative fuel supply. Although the country cannot produce sugar cane, artichokes and feed corn offer possibilbities for viable ethanol production.
