News Open call for submission of assistance requests - Launch of Ad Hoc Expert Facility under INOGATE project "Support to Energy Market Integration and Sustainable Energy (SEMISE)"

The SEMISE "Ad Hoc Expert Facility" (AHEF) enables eligible organisations in the INOGATE Partner Countries to apply for support from SEMISE's pool of experts to address specific needs in the areas of energy market convergence and sustainable energy.The Guidelines for Applications for Assistance under the AHEF set out the organisations that are eligible, the possible areas which may be addressed through this assistance as well as the evaluation procedures, selection criteria and timing for implementation of the particular actions. These guidelines include the necessary application form. They are downloadable here.
 

All eligible organisations of the Partner Countries* may submit multiple requests for assistance. However the AHEF is focused on tackling the most urgent needs of the Partner Countries with short-term support of up to twenty expert working days per request.  This is the first call for applications to the AHEF and the deadline for this call is Monday, 16 November 2009.

Further calls are likely to be issued in 2010 and 2011 according to the availability of resources.
