News New INOGATE project on energy regulation commences

A new INOGATE project, Capacity building for sustainable energy regulation in Eastern Europe and Central Asia, has commence. The project is to promote and advocate good and sound energy regulatory practices with special emphasis on strengthening energy efficiency measures, the use of renewable energy resources and district heating in all Partner Countries of the Inogate Programme.
