INOGATE Technical Secretariat
Established in Kiev in September 2000,the INOGATE Technical Secretariat Kiev is the co-ordinating mechanism of the INOGATE Programme, responsible for facilitating the achievement of the programme’s objectives. The INOGATE Technical Secretariat's activities include:
Coordination and support of the network of INOGATE Country Coordinators and Working Group members, including organisation of their meetings;
Preparing and organisation of other events such as workshops, thematic discussions and Ministerial Conferences;
Monitoring of developments of the energy markets of the EU and the Partner Countries;
Dissemination of information, promotion and networking, including the management of the INOGATE web portal, the production of publications and promotional material and the organisation of information events;
Support to the European Commission for the overall coordination and development of the INOGATE Programme.
