INOGATE Programme
SEMISE - First Training Course on Energy Market Convergence, Baku
The training course invites 6 selected countries, i.e. Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan. The expected result of the training is to increase awareness of the core staff of energy companies as well as their peers from the corresponding ministries about the new tools on improving efficient operation of electricity and gas companies, aims of liberalization, restructuring and de-regulation of the energy sector, advantages and new challenges to the energy companies working in a new environment.
