This meeting is an internal working meeting of European Commission and the INOGATE Partner Countries, as represented by the INOGATE Country Coordinators and Working Group members.  The objective of the meeting is to prepare the documentation for the upcoming 3rd Ministerial Conference scheduled to take place before the end of 2008.
