Event ERRA Training Course on Energy Regulation in Transition Economies

The course will involve Partner Countries of the INOGATE Programme and will be open to energy regulators, ministry representatives, the NGO community (such as interest representation groups), academics involved in researching and teaching energy related sciences and representatives of the press covering energy issues.

The course will comprise introductory and advanced level components and will focus, in particular, on the role and functions of the regulator, the need for price regulation, restructuring and security of supply, and new regulatory challenges.
